I ordered a Monument Beach Hoodie for my wife for Mother's Day. I tried to get the size right, and picked out a color I thought she would like. Unfortunately, the size was off, and she saw another color that she liked better. I contacted Lauren, and she gladly let me exchange the original product for one that fit better and was my wife's preferred color.
