Thank you for visiting For the Love of Cape Cod LLC! We strive to provide you with the best shopping experience possible. As part of that commitment, we want to be transparent about our shipping process, so you know exactly what to expect.

Processing Time: Average fulfillment time for orders is typically 2-7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your payment confirmation. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. During peak season, processing times may be longer due to increased order volume.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.  Shipping time depends on product availability and delivery destination.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking: You will receive a shipment confirmation email containing tracking numbers once your order has shipped. The tracking number should be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes: For the Love of Cape Cod LLC is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages: For the Love of Cape Cod LLC is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy: We currently do not ship internationally.
