Shipping Information

What's the cost of shipping?
USA subscription boxes are charged a flat rate of $9.99.
When will you ship my order?
Boxes will usually ship within 2 weeks of the cart closing date. If you're a subscriber, your orders will renew every three months on the same day as your original purchase date, and usually ship within 2 weeks from renew date.
How long will it take to arrive?
Items typically take 4-10 business days to arrive once shipped. Due to COVID-19 and USPS delays, please be patient with shipping services. Tracking will be provided by email once your order ships.
Where do you ship?
We offer our products to residents in the USA. International shipping is not available at this time.

Payment Information

Do I have to pay sales tax?
Only customers who purchase items in the state of Massachusetts will be charged sales tax. Our website automatically calculates sales tax when you enter a shipping location. International shipments may be subject to duties upon delivery.
When will I be charged?
Your accounts will be charged within 24 hours of completing checkout.

Orders and Subscription Management

How can I check my order status?
First, create a store account by clicking here. Make sure to use the email address you used on your initial order. After creating a new store account, login and click “My Account” at the top of the page. When you login, you’ll see a list of recent orders. Here, you can cancel an order, view, or pay. You may not cancel orders after they have been shipped.
Can I change my subscription?
Sure! First, create a store account by clicking here. Make sure to use the email address you used on your initial order. After creating a new store account, login and click "Manage Subscription". From there, you may skip a month, pause your boxes, cancel or reactivate your subscription. You can also access "Manage Subscription" from your order confirmation email.
How do I track an order?
After your shipping label has been printed, you'll receive an email from us with tracking information. You may also obtain a tracking number by clicking “Order History” in the "My Accounts" links section. Once you sign in, you will see an order status and a tracking number.
What comes in the box?
For the Love of Cape Cod box contains 3-5 Cape Cod made items, some notes of historical interest, and a mystery puzzle to solve (for a chance to win a great prize!). Each box features a new them. Items change every month (items such as: jewelry, home décor, snacks, coffee/tea, body care, books) and are a surprise!
