I ordered a Monument Beach Hoodie for my wife for Mother's Day. I tried to get the size right, and picked out a color I thought she would like. Unfortunately, the size was off, and she saw another color that she liked better. I contacted Lauren, and she gladly let me exchange the original product for one that fit better and was my wife's preferred color. The customer service couldn't have been any better, and my wife is thrilled with her gift. I am one happy customer!
